Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy
By making a reservation at Mentor Resort, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.1. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Mentor Resort.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights or services.

3. Reservation Changes
Changes to reservation dates or accommodation type are subject to availability and require written confirmation from Mentor Resort.
Any modification may result in a price adjustment based on the rates applicable at the time the change is requested.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be issued using the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
5. Acceptance of the Policy
By making a reservation and/or completing the payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Mentor Resort Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
