Any use of such content without explicit permission is prohibited.\n\n<h2>3. Contact Form and Inquiries<\/h2>\nThe website form is intended to facilitate communication with the resort team. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is considered valid only after written confirmation from us and, if necessary, after an advance payment has been made.\n\n<h2>4. Personal Data Protection<\/h2>\nWhen using the contact form, you provide personal data (name, phone number, email, etc.), which is processed solely for communication and reservation purposes. The data is stored and protected in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation (GDPR).\n\n<h2>5. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<strong>Mentor Resort<\/strong> is not liable for temporary technical issues related to website access. The administrator reserves the right to change the content and the Terms of Use without prior notice.\n\n<h2>6. Applicable Law<\/h2>\nAll disputes arising in connection with the use of the website shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.\n\n<h2>7. Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2>\nBy making a reservation at Mentor Resort, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.\n\n<h3 style=\"border-top:unset;\">7.1. Reservation Confirmation<\/h3>\nA reservation is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Mentor Resort.\n\n<h3>7.2. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\nCancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.<br>\nCancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.<br>\nIn the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights or services.\n\n<h3>7.3. Reservation Changes<\/h3>\nChanges to reservation dates or accommodation type are subject to availability and require written confirmation from Mentor Resort.<br>\nAny modification may result in a price adjustment based on the rates applicable at the time the change is requested.\n\n<h3>7.4. Refunds<\/h3>\nWhere a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be issued using the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the cancellation has been confirmed.\n\n<h3>7.5.
